The quality of the band is better than the original band that came with my Fitbit Versa 4. The item exceeded my expectations. I haven't taken off my watch since getting it in the mail, nor will I! I feel like I got far more than what I paid for. Jessica was willing to try a custom design and Bible verses that I came up with myself. She made my dream come to life after so many sellers on here told me they couldn't. In years from now, if and when this one needs to be replaced, I will 100% come back to Scissors and scrub! 10/10 recommend

i love the product! it's amazing — the engraved design is exactly what I wanted. I'd only note that the color in the images when you pick is much lighter than the product itself so when it arrives don't be surprised. will buy from here again
